Important: We do not accept photos of existing embroidery (pictures taken of a stitched garment). We require the original graphic artwork or logo to create a clean and professional stitch file for you.

What embroidery file formats will I receive?
Our designs are delivered in a ZIP folder containing the most popular industry formats: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, SEW and XXX. If you need a specific format not listed, please contact us before purchasing.
How do I download my designs after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a direct download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “Downloads” section.
Can I resize the embroidery designs?
We do not recommend resizing our designs, as it can compromise stitch density and quality. If you need a specific size, please request a Custom Quote to ensure the design remains flawless for your machine.
Can I use these designs on any embroidery machine?
Yes! Our files are compatible with almost all home and commercial machines (Brother, Janome, Bernina, Singer, Tajima, and more). Just make sure to download the specific format required for your machine (e.g., .PES for Brother or .DST for Tajima).
What if the design doesn’t stitch out correctly?
We test our designs to ensure high quality. If you experience any issues, please check your stabilizer and needle first. If the problem persists, send us a photo of the stitched result, and we will analyze the file to provide a solution.
Do you offer "Rush" services for custom digitizing?
Yes. If you need a logo digitizing in less than 12 hours, please select the “Rush Order” option when requesting your quote. An additional fee may apply.
What is your refund policy for digital files?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues with a file, please contact us and we will fix it immediately.
How long does custom digitizing take?
For custom digitizing orders, our current turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after the quote is approved and payment is received.

Can I sell products made with your designs?
Yes! You are welcome to use our designs to create physical products (shirts, hats, etc.) for personal use or for your small business. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
