Artwork Guidelines: To ensure the highest quality for your custom digitizing, we only accept high-resolution PNG or PDF files.

Important: We do not accept photos of existing embroidery (pictures taken of a stitched garment). We require the original graphic artwork or logo to create a clean and professional stitch file for you.

Our designs are delivered in a ZIP folder containing the most popular industry formats: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, SEW and XXX. If you need a specific format not listed, please contact us before purchasing.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a direct download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “Downloads” section.

We do not recommend resizing our designs, as it can compromise stitch density and quality. If you need a specific size, please request a Custom Quote to ensure the design remains flawless for your machine.

Yes! Our files are compatible with almost all home and commercial machines (Brother, Janome, Bernina, Singer, Tajima, and more). Just make sure to download the specific format required for your machine (e.g., .PES for Brother or .DST for Tajima).

We test our designs to ensure high quality. If you experience any issues, please check your stabilizer and needle first. If the problem persists, send us a photo of the stitched result, and we will analyze the file to provide a solution.

Yes. If you need a logo digitizing in less than 12 hours, please select the “Rush Order” option when requesting your quote. An additional fee may apply.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues with a file, please contact us and we will fix it immediately.

For custom digitizing orders, our current turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after the quote is approved and payment is received.
